Before you begin
All nominees must have an active PT50 application on file for 2026–2027 so production verification can be completed.
We recommend communicating with the nominee about your submission so they can assist with the entry questions.
It's not necessary to submit multiple nominations or crowd-source entries — the number of submissions does not impact the outcome.
Six Categories
Self-nominations are accepted — nominate yourself or someone else. You may be nominated for more than one category. Each nomination requires its own submission.
The well-rounded agent.
Honors a well-rounded agent who demonstrates exceptional production, professionalism, leadership, and community involvement — widely respected by clients, peers, and industry partners.
Eligibility · Licensed agent with a proven track record. Must be a PT50 finalist or winner in the last 24 months.
A lifetime of excellence.
Recognizes a seasoned industry veteran with at least 15 years in real estate who has built and maintained respect across the industry, with mentorship and leadership at the core of their career.
Eligibility · Industry professional, executive, or licensed agent. 15+ years in real estate, in good standing.
Educator and mentor.
For the agent or industry professional committed to the development of others through training, mentorship, education, and professional development throughout the year.
Eligibility · Dedicates time to educating others through training, mentorship, and professional development.
An exceptional first chapter.
Celebrates a new agent who has demonstrated initial success, served their community, and promoted the advancement of real estate through industry involvement.
Eligibility · License enacted within the last 24 months. Must have submitted a PT50 application this period.
Under 40, ahead of the curve.
Celebrates a dynamic professional who has demonstrated exceptional success, dedication to community, and contributed to the advancement of real estate through innovation and involvement.
Eligibility · Must be under 40 years old on January 1, 2027, with a clear trajectory of success and leadership.
The leader behind the leaders.
Recognizes executive leaders or managers at the brokerage level who excel in leadership, motivation, and innovation — mentoring agents to perform at the highest standards.
Eligibility · Ownership, leadership, or manager position committed to the company's growth and the individual agent.
